If you’ve somehow managed to stumble upon this blog while stuck in an internet hole, hello and welcome! I decided to start this blog to document my fitness journey, share any fitness tips/my favorite fitness foods or products I have, and keep any healthy recipes that I make!
Now that you know what to expect here, I guess I should introduce myself. I’m a soon to be senior at Michigan State University studying Biosystems Engineering with a minor in Food Processing and technology. I love college football and basketball, and music more than most things on this planet. I’m also currently interning as a Food Safety and Quality Assurance intern at Paramount Coffee in Lansing, MI! I have a pretty free summer, so hopefully I’ll be able to keep this blog (and myself) nice and active this summer!

I’ve always been pretty active, but recently, I’ve been focusing more on my health and trying to eat a better, healthier, cleaner diet. I love to run 5Ks, and I’m signed up to run my first half marathon in October! Running has always been my go-to exercise, but I’ve been looking to broaden my horizons a little bit.
I look forward to using this blog as an opportunity to keep myself accountable when it comes to my fitness and diet. I also can’t wait to try new exercises, foods, and recipes and share them here! Thank you for being a part of my fitness journey, I hope you enjoy!
